The Plextor 512GB M3S SATA 6Gb/s SSD provides read/write speeds up to 510/360 MB/s in sequential mode and up to 70,000/65,000 IOPS in random mode. The M3S is powered by True Speed which gives it the ability to deliver sustained high performance even after extended periods of continuous operation and years of intensive use. Performance specs of most SSDs are usually based on FOB (Fresh Out of the Box) products, which can result in overstated performance results.
